• No Liability: avezz is not a party to any transaction between users. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, lawfulness, or accuracy of listings.
• No Guarantees: We do not guarantee the authenticity of goods or the delivery of items.
• Fraudulent Listings: We reserve the right to remove listings we suspect to be fraudulent or illegal, but we have no obligation to monitor all transactions.
• Disputes: Any dispute regarding a purchase is solely between the Buyer and Seller. You release avezz from all claims, demands, and damages arising out of such disputes.
